During their law studies, students have the possibility to do an internship (e.g. in accordance with § 5 of Ordinance on the training and examination for the legal profession Baden-Württemberg) at the Central Office. Within this time, an insight will be given into the application of the law in practice by the prosecuting of national socialist crimes.
Within the framework of the whole topic, the students will first be regularly introduced to the specific task of the Central Office and its working materials. Ability to work on your own will be trained with help of current proceedings considering and working out the immanent legally issues to the point of making decision suggestions. This includes e.g. researches at the central card index and of databases of the Central Office, the evaluation of previously conducted corresponding proceedings and relevant literature as well as practical implementation of the results.
Please send your enquiries in time to poststelle@zst.justiz.bwl.de if you are fluent in both spoken and written German.
As a rule, the Central Office is not able to provide other internships.
